Unique Baby Shower Games
Are you tired of the same ole baby shower games?
Try one or two of these unique baby shower games. These aren't your typical baby shower games. The games described here can be played by any number of guests and in any location.
Name The Price Buy a dozen or so baby items of varying prices such as a jar of baby food, a pacifier, a toothbrush, baby wipes or even a package of diapers.Write the cost of each item on an index card and set it under the item so that the price is hidden from the guests. Make yourself a master list naming the item and showing the prices. Pick three guests to be first round contestants. One at a time, have the guests try to guess the price of three items from the group. The contestant closest to the correct price without going over wins the index card. Play round two with a different group of three players. Continue playing rounds as long as there are prices left to guess. The player with the most index cards, wins a prize. The guest of honor wins all the baby items used for this unique baby shower game.
Baby, Baby, BabyUnique baby shower games don't have to be hard to play. This one can be hilarious as guests try to name the baby items. The players sit in a circle. The guest of honor looks at the player to her right, and says either "Toy," "Food," or "Accessory." She then counts to ten as quickly as possible. The person on the right must name a baby toy, baby food or baby accessory (whichever she was asked), before ten is reached. If an item can't be named in that time, the person is out of the game and the asker proceeds to the next player on the right. If an item was named in time, that person then gets to ask the player to her right to name either a toy item, food item or baby accessory item. Play continues until one player is left.
Pack The Diaper BagPlayers sit around in a circle. One player starts the game off by naming an item they're going to pack into a diaper bag. The person to the right of the first player repeats what was said by the first player and adds their own item to the diaper bag.Player 1: "I pack the diaper bag with a diaper pin." Player 2: "I pack the diaper bag with a diaper pin and a diaper." Player 3: "I pack the diaper bag with a diaper pin, a diaper, and diaper wipes." Player 4: "I pack the diaper bag with a diaper pin, a diaper, diaper wipes and a bottle of milk." Each person repeating all the items already mentioned, besides adding a new one. If anyone fails to repeat the list correctly, she drops out of thegame, which is continued until the contents of the diaper bag are too numerous to remember. For the "Pack The Diaper Bag" game you can quicken the game by stating that players can only name items that will fit into the typical sized diaper bag. In other words they cannot say they are going to pack a baby bed as it won't easily fit into the diaper bag.
